OLFA® Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
OLFA stands behind the quality of its products. The company’s cutter handles, non-disposable scraper handles, locking mechanisms, and a range of OLFA blades—including 9mm standard-duty blades, 18mm heavy-duty blades, 25mm extra-heavy-duty blades, safety blades, trapezoid-shaped blades, and scraper blades—are all covered by the OLFA North America Satisfaction Guarantee.
If a customer is not fully satisfied with any of these eligible products, OLFA will provide a replacement of equal value. Customers should allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of the replacement item. Should a customer be dissatisfied, they are asked to retain the product and contact OLFA's Consumer Care Center. A return may be requested for further review.
Exclusions from the Satisfaction Guarantee:
The following OLFA products are excluded from this satisfaction guarantee:
- OLFA TouchKnife®
- OLFA scissors
- OLFA mats
- OLFA rulers
- Disposable OLFA multi-purpose scrapers
- All styles and models of 18mm, 28mm, 45mm, and 60mm rotary cutter replacement blades
- All models of “KB” art knife replacement blades
OLFA Blade Safety Guidelines
OLFA blades are made for precision cutting and are extremely sharp. For safety reasons, it is essential to follow these precautions when using OLFA products:
- Safety goggles should always be worn to protect the eyes.
- Users should remain alert and focused when handling any OLFA cutter or knife.
- Proper training is necessary to learn the correct use and limitations of each OLFA cutter.
- Customers should never assume they know how to use a knife; proper handling is crucial.
- Knives and blades should always be stored safely, out of reach of children, to prevent accidents.
